Looking for nuggets

Good book if you are looking for nuggets of ideas to apply to your accounting shop. As a CPA I found the majority of the book to be the basics of setting up procedures. I mainly got it to see if there were any ideas I had not implemented or tried. I found about two that were useful. If you are a business owner or a first time accounting manager this is the book for you.
